IMEI No. of the handset should be matched with IMEI No. on the invoice. There should not be any signs of unauthorized repair (Tampering). Handset should not be physically damaged (Outside/Inside). Handset should not be water logged (Outside/Inside). IMEI Label on handset should not be Tampered/Removed/Defaced. Following problems are not covered under DOA Policy : Problems due to network related issues. Problems due to Accessories ( Accessories will be replaced ). Problems which can be solved by upgrading software. |

Zen Mobile handsets and Tablets Device will be considered as DOA (Defect On Arrival) if it fails functionally within 10 days, from the date of Purchase of Product. Process : Certification of DOA of handsets and Tablets Device to customers thru Zen Authorized Service Centers. Replacement of DOA of handsets and Tablets Device to customers thru E-Commerce. Scope : Applicable for customer units failed functionally within 10 days from the date of purchase from E-Commerce . |
